North America might be seen as leading the way on artificial intelligence, but when it comes to business adoption, Europe is ahead. The 2019 State of Future Workplace Tech report, which surveyed more than 700 business technology buyers across the two continents, found that while 25% of European businesses were planning to adopt AI technologies by 2020, in North America the number was just 13%
